This policy describes how acTVe, Inc (“acTVe,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through actve.tv. Privacy practices for acTVe streaming applications and channels are covered by the policies published within those applications.

What we collect

• Contact form submissions. When you write to us we receive the name, email address, and message you provide, and we use them to respond to your inquiry.
• Technical basics. Our hosting infrastructure records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — used for security and to keep the site running.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, approximate (city-level) location, device and browser type, and on-site actions such as scrolling and outbound link clicks. GA4 sets cookies and processes this data on our behalf; we review it only in aggregate to improve the site.

We use analytics but no advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal information. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to respond to you, evaluate potential partnerships, and operate our business. We may send follow-up communications related to your inquiry.

Service providers

The site is hosted by Vercel, contact form messages are delivered to our inbox by Resend, and traffic analytics are provided by Google Analytics (Google LLC). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments.

Retention

We keep inquiry emails for as long as they are useful to the conversation or relationship they relate to, and delete them when no longer needed.
